We have 4 core values at EXO Edge, and the first one is Team. Everyone employed at EXO Edge is an Associate, and our Team of Associates comes from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities.
We are one Team and encourage a positive, dynamic environment where associates must be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other dimension of diversity.

EXO Edge is a certified Respect in the Workplace organization
EXO Edge joined forces with the Respect Group, an organization founded by a former professional athlete, turned victims’ rights crusader, to deliver training that equips all EXO Edge staff members with the education and skills needed to prevent bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination (BAHD) in their physical and digital workplace. Respect in the Workplace is a program to help all EXO Edge associates around the world become more aware of how we behave, the actions we take, and the words we use.
